Over the past decade, I have noticed that many men and women are lonely. Mostly seeking contentment from outside of themselves, they either bounce from one unsatisfying relationship to another, or they are so terrified and avoid the dating scene all together. However, instinctually, we are not meant to be alone and being alone can lead to an increase of depression and anxiety. The desire to share our lives with a significant other grows strong in all of us. While growing up, we observed ways to communicate, manage conflict and develop trust. Who we are today is based on a compilation of every experience we had. Now, as adults, we get to decide what is working for us and what we need to let go of because it no longer serves us. This course will provide you a safe process to understand who you are so you can develop a strong idea of what you want. When you believe and respect yourself, you can become available for a healthy, flourishing relationship with another person.
