Individual Counseling

 Taking control over the direction of your life is the first step to becoming more empowered, and individual counseling is one of the most effective ways to achieve this. While many people don’t seek counseling until they’re in the midst of a crisis, it doesn’t have to be that way. 

Whether you’re proactively addressing challenges or seeking support after a difficult event, individual counseling can provide the clarity, tools, and guidance needed to move forward.

Most people don’t call me saying, “Tami, I’m thinking of getting into counseling to prevent chaos from happening.” More often, I hear, “I need help now!” And that’s okay. No matter where you are in your journey, I’m here to help.
