Taking control over the direction of your life is the first step to becoming more empowered. Individual counseling is one of the best, fastest methods to achieve this. Most people don’t call me saying, “Tami, I am about to have a crisis and I’m thinking of getting into individual counseling to prevent the chaos from happening”. No, most people call after crisis has hit, and say, “I need help now!’.
What holds you back from accepting help? Maybe you have said these things to yourself:
~ I have no idea what I would talk about
~What if I crack the emotional Pandora’s Box open and things get too overwhelming?
~I think I’m fine, it’s just every now and then things pop up and take me down. But I’m fine.
~What if my therapist things I’m silly or judges me?

You have a couple options.

I am an expert in issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence, relationships and grief. All I have to say is, I’ve got you.
I create a supporting, safe, encouraging atmosphere and I promise you, after each session, you will walk away with tasks to do. I believe that 90% of your progress occurs outside of our sessions.
